Open your page on a mid-range phone, 4G connection. Work top-to-bottom. Your job is to decide what to fix first, not to argue about perfection.
Output: one page of fixes with owners and dates. Start with #1–#3; retest in one week.
1) First impression (0–2 min)
Question: Can a stranger say “what it does for me” in one sentence?
Checks: Headline clarity, hero image relevance, price visibility, one clear CTA.
Fixes: Rewrite headline to a benefit; crop hero for mobile; show price near CTA.
2) Sticky buy path (2–4 min)
Question: Can I buy without hunting?
Checks: Sticky Add to Cart after hero, variant and price kept in view, error states readable.
Fixes: Enable sticky ATC; show chosen variant in the bar; improve error copy.
3) Proof in the right spots (4–6 min)
Question: Do I trust you here?
Checks: Rating and review count near price; photo reviews; mid-page proof block.
Fixes: Place rating by price; pull 3 photo reviews up; add “as seen in/awards” if real.
4) Objection handling (6–8 min)
Question: Are my anxieties answered before the final CTA?
Checks: Shipping costs, returns, warranty, compatibility in plain English.
Fixes: Add a short “What to know” accordion; link returns policy with 1-line summary.
5) Media and size help (8–10 min)
Question: Do the pictures do the selling?
Checks: Gallery order, zoom works, 360 or short demo, size/fit guide obvious.
Fixes: Reorder gallery (context → detail → scale → lifestyle); fix size guide.
6) Speed and distraction (10–12 min)
Question: Is it fast enough on an average phone?
Checks: Hero preloaded, heavy scripts deferred, no auto-play audio; LCP < 2.5s.
Fixes: Compress hero (AVIF/WebP), defer third-party scripts, mute videos by default.
7) Accessibility basics (12–15 min)
Question: Can everyone use it?
Checks: Contrast AA, focus states, meaningful alt text, keyboard nav.
Fixes: Bump contrast, add focus rings, write real alt, fix tabindex.
